I believe that when people really know and understand themselves, as well as those around them, it makes them better and more productive in both their personal and professional lives. That passionate belief has been present for me throughout my career in corporate sales, sales management and sales training.
In January of 2010 I joined the ranks of the unemployed. As it was for many, this proved to be a very challenging time in my life. After a lot of prayer, soul searching and consultation with many people I trust I decided to venture out on my own and BBG Communications is the result of this journey.
I am certified as a coach through Lifeforming Leadership and also a certified DISC trainer and facilitator. Currently, I am pursuing a Masters in Psychology with a Specialization in Leadership Coaching. In addition to operating BBG Communications I am the Senior Trainer/Coach with David Horsager – The Trust Edge.
Along with spending time with my family, I am an avid sports fan with a particular affinity for basketball and golf, both of which I play as often as I can. I also have a passion for laughter and enjoy a good comedy movie, stand up comedian or a great story. I’m even a graduate of level 1 of Stevie Ray’s School of Improv!
I have been married to my wife, Amy, for 32 years. We immensely enjoy time with our two grown daughters, son-in-law, granddaughter, Hallie, and grandson, Josiah.
